There is a one-time setup and installation charge of $45 and then $13 per month will be added to each billing cycle.

Installing this software onto BlackBerry or Android devices requires that the software is physically downloaded onto the phone. You download the software onto the phone directly using the phone’s browser and follow the installation wizard inside your online account.

If you cannot immediately get the device you wish to monitor for installation you can instead send an SMS to the device which contains the download link. This means that you can follow up and continue the installation whenever is convenient for you on the device itself.

Note: The installation SMS is the download link only. You cannot install the software directly via SMS. You will always need the device physically for installation.

It is the responsibility of the Madstar Monitor user to ascertain, and obey all applicable laws regarding their use.
